This Privacy Policy is issued by the operator of the 8kjili platform, accessible at https://8kjili.vip and all associated subdomains and services (collectively, the "Platform"). References to "8kjili," "we," "us," or "our" in this document refer to the Platform operator.

8kjili operates as an online gaming and entertainment platform serving Filipino players. We are committed to handling all personal data entrusted to us with the highest standards of care, transparency, and legal compliance — consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the guidelines issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

• Account Data: Username, encrypted password, account preferences, communication settings, and responsible gaming limits you have set.
• Financial Data: GCash number, PayMaya / Maya account details, bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), debit card details, transaction history, deposit and withdrawal records.
• KYC Verification Data: Copies of government-issued identification documents, selfie photographs, and proof of address documents submitted during the Know Your Customer verification process.
• Gaming Activity Data: Game history, wager amounts, win/loss records, session durations, bonus usage, and responsible gaming tool activations.
• Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, time zone, and session identifiers.

• Fraud Prevention and Security: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, unauthorized account access, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct.
• Responsible Gaming: To monitor gaming patterns, apply responsible gaming tools you have activated, and identify players who may require intervention or support.
• Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, resolve disputes, and maintain records of support interactions.
• Platform Improvement: To analyze aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the performance, security, and user experience of the 8kjili Platform.
• Communications: To send you transactional notifications (account activity, deposit confirmations, withdrawal updates) and, where you have opted in, promotional communications about 8kjili offers.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, 8kjili processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform our obligations under the Terms and Conditions you accepted upon registration — including account management, game access, and payment processing.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including PAGCOR licensing conditions, AML obligations, and tax reporting requirements.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for 8kjili's legitimate interests in fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, where such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
• Consent: Processing for optional purposes — such as marketing communications — where you have given explicit, informed consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

8kjili does not sell or rent your personal data. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors engaged to support Platform operations, including KYC/AML verification providers, payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, partner banks), IT infrastructure providers, and customer support platforms. All service providers are contractually bound to process your data only on 8kjili's instructions and in compliance with RA 10173.
• Regulatory Authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, and other competent Philippine government authorities, where disclosure is required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.
• Law Enforcement: Philippine law enforcement agencies where disclosure is required in connection with the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity, including fraud or money laundering.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of 8kjili's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

8kjili uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Platform. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit the Platform. We use the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in and security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery. These cannot be disabled.

8kjili retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following retention periods:

• Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account's active status plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and AML regulations.
• KYC and Identity Verification Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of verification, in compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act).
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction.
• Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your consent plus three (3) years, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with NPC guidelines.

8kjili implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and 8kjili servers.
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial data and KYC documents.
• Role-based access controls ensuring that only authorized 8kjili personnel with a legitimate need can access personal data.
• Regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning of Platform infrastructure.
• Multi-factor authentication requirements for administrative access to systems containing personal data.
• Comprehensive audit logging of all access to personal data systems.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by 8kjili:

• Right to be Informed: The right to know what personal data 8kjili collects about you and how it is used — as set out in this Privacy Policy.
• Right of Access: The right to request a copy of the personal data 8kjili holds about you.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 13. 8kjili will respond to all data subject requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt, as required by NPC regulations.

The 8kjili Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gaming. 8kjili does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.

If 8kjili discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and take appropriate action in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on 8kjili using false information, please contact our support team immediately so that we can take prompt corrective action.

8kjili reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the 8kjili Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Policy.
