For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "8kjili," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 8kjili platform accessible at https://8kjili.vip and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the 8kjili website, mobile-optimized interface, and all gaming, account management, and support services offered therein.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 8kjili Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you upon completing the 8kjili registration process.
• "Funds" means any Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) balance held in your 8kjili account wallet, whether deposited by you or credited as a bonus.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to your account by 8kjili.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

By accessing the 8kjili Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 8kjili Platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and use the 8kjili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and not prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 8kjili, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 8kjili Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 8kjili reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and address at any time. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 8kjili account. This includes all wagers placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and communications sent through your account.

You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any third party, including family members or friends.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 8kjili support immediately. 8kjili will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

• You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• You must not use another person's payment method to fund your account without their explicit written consent.
• You must not allow minors to access your account under any circumstances.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.

8kjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability.
• Any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before Real Money Funds can be withdrawn.
• 8kjili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

8kjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 8kjili promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
• 8kjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus structures — including through collusion, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus Funds cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied.

8kjili's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding. Players who disagree with a bonus decision may raise a formal complaint through the support channel.

All games available on the 8kjili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

8kjili uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games and sources live dealer content from audited providers. Game outcomes are independently tested for fairness on a regular basis.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 8kjili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. 8kjili's decision on technical disputes is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8kjili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage; any winnings derived from exploiting a known bug will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 8kjili staff or other players.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your account.

8kjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is not a source of income.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 8kjili players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8kjili reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there is evidence of problem gambling behavior, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions. The minimum age to use 8kjili is 21 years. We conduct age verification checks and will suspend any account found to be held by a person under this age.

All content on the 8kjili Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of 8kjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 8kjili.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any 8kjili trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8kjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

8kjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

8kjili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your 8kjili account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

8kjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• 8kjili is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• 8kjili reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, 8kjili reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, funds may be forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

8kjili operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Players who have unresolved complaints after exhausting 8kjili's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

8kjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 8kjili will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
